Refund Policy
We keep it simple and fair. Here is how refunds work on PingerBird.

At PingerBird, we want every learner to feel confident subscribing to a premium Nest. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for premium Nest subscriptions purchased through the PingerBird platform.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial subscription payment and have consumed fewer than 20% of the available content in that Nest. Refund requests made after 7 days of payment will not be eligible, regardless of usage.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if you have accessed more than 20% of the Nest content, if the request is made after the 7-day window, if the subscription was purchased during a promotional or discounted period, or if your account has been suspended for policy violations.
4. Renewal Payments
Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel anytime from within the app — your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@pingerbird.com with your registered email address, the Nest name, and the date of payment. Please include your reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. PingerBird is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
7. Creator Payouts
When a refund is approved, the corresponding creator payout for that transaction is reversed. Creators are not charged any additional fees for genuine refunds processed within policy.
8. Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, you may escalate your request by emailing support@pingerbird.com with subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review escalations within 5 business days and our decision will be final.
