Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using PingerBird.

By accessing or using PingerBird — whether as a creator or a learner — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. PingerBird is operated by PingerBird Technologies Private Limited, registered in India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PingerBird. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Creator Accounts
Creators are responsible for all content they post inside their Nests. You must own or have the rights to any content you publish. PingerBird does not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
4. Learner Accounts
Learners may join any Nest available on the platform. You may not share your account credentials or access with others. Abuse of this policy may result in account suspension.
5. Platform Usage
PingerBird provides tools for creators to publish educational content and for learners to engage with that content. The platform is currently free to use. PingerBird reserves the right to introduce additional features or plans in the future, with prior notice to all users.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use PingerBird to post plagiarised, misleading, or harmful content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform. Harassment, hate speech, or impersonation of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform design, code, trademarks, and branding belong to PingerBird Technologies Private Limited. Creator content remains the intellectual property of the creator. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
PingerBird is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingerBird Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PingerBird after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
